In this talk Kate Nightingale will discuss the step by step process she undertook when working on the concept design for leisure centres for Water Babies in collaboration with rpa:group, an architectural and design agency based in London.
She will discuss how the Water Babies’ brand personality has been presented across the customer journey thanks to establishing the Sensory Brand Signature. She will also explain how she worked with the architects to ensure that the emotional, behavioural and commercial objectives have been achieved within the design.
